- We will coordinate with trained partner vendors in your area to deliver the cleaning services
- Partner vendors may contact you directly to confirm appointments and discuss service details
- Services will be delivered according to the specifications discussed during the quote process
- All partner vendors are trained to maintain our service standards
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have the authority to enter into this agreement
- You will use our services only for lawful purposes
- You are the property owner or have permission from the property owner to book our services
3. Booking and Quotation Process
How Pricing Works:
- No fixed prices are listed on our website
- All pricing is customized based on your specific requirements, property size, and location
- Quotes are provided via phone, email, or WhatsApp after you submit an inquiry
- Quotes are typically valid for 7 days from the date provided
- Final pricing will be confirmed before service delivery
Booking Confirmation:
- Once you accept a quote, we will send a booking confirmation via your preferred contact method
- Booking confirmation includes service date, time, location, and agreed pricing
- You must confirm your availability before the service date
4. Payment Terms
Payment for services can be made through:
- Cash payment on the day of service
- Bank transfer (details provided in booking confirmation)
- Digital payment methods (as agreed)
Payment must be completed before or on the service date as agreed. If payment is not received as scheduled, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the service.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellation Terms:
- Cancellation 48 hours or more before service: No cancellation fee
- Cancellation 24-48 hours before service: 25% of service cost
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before service: 50% of service cost
- No-show (customer absent on service date): 100% of service cost
Rescheduling:
- Rescheduling requests made 24+ hours before service are accommodated without additional charges (subject to availability)
- Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a rescheduling fee
6. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure smooth service delivery, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your property and cleaning requirements
- Ensure the property is accessible on the scheduled service date and time
- Remove or secure valuable items and personal belongings before service
- Inform us of any hazards, pets, or special instructions before service begins
- Be available or provide access instructions for the service team
- Communicate any changes or concerns via WhatsApp, phone, or email
7. Service Standards and Quality
We commit to:
- Providing professional cleaning services as per the agreed specifications
- Using safe and appropriate cleaning products
- Respecting your property and privacy
- Arriving on time or notifying you of delays in advance
- Addressing any service issues promptly
Note: Service quality may vary based on property condition, accessibility, and specific requirements. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of the service, please contact us immediately.
8. Property Damage and Liability
While we take utmost care during service delivery:
- We are not responsible for damage to items left in the property during cleaning
- You are responsible for securing valuables and personal items
- If damage occurs due to our negligence, please report it within 24 hours with photographic evidence
- We will investigate and resolve legitimate damage claims fairly
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
9. WhatsApp Communication Terms
By using our services, you consent to:
- Receiving WhatsApp messages for service coordination, confirmations, and updates
- Sharing your phone number and location details via WhatsApp
- WhatsApp messages being stored on our systems for service records
- Communication with partner vendors via WhatsApp
You can opt out of WhatsApp communication by requesting email or phone contact instead.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the intellectual property of Dom Cleaning Private Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
11. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Harass, abuse, or threaten our staff or partner vendors
- Provide false or misleading information
- Attempt to hack or gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with service delivery or create unsafe conditions
12. Dispute Resolution and Complaints
If you have a complaint or dispute:
- Contact us immediately via WhatsApp, phone, or email
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours
- We will investigate and attempt to resolve the issue within 7 days
- If unresolved, we will discuss resolution options with you
